4.25×6 size cards are automatically upgraded to First Class postage at no charge. You may upgrade your 5.5×8.5 or 5.5×11 postcard order to First Class postage for an additional $0.16 each. Please enter the mailing quantity into the box and ‘Add to Cart’


Important recommendations
To allow sufficient time for order processing, set up, design proof approvals, printing, mailing and US Postal Services delivery, place your orders as follows:
– Order Standard postage at least 30 days prior the first day of event
– Order First Class postage at least 14 days prior to the first day of the event

 Step 3 of 4: Choose your creative design service (optional) 
You are welcome to design your own postcard or we can design it for you. Please indicate your preference below and enter ‘Add to Cart’.
 I will provide my own postcard design files (no charge): $0 – Please use the templates above to ensure compliance with USPS mailing requirements
 4.25″ x 6″ postcard design fees (optional):    $195
 5.5″ x 8.5″ postcard design fees (optional):   $245
 5.5″ x 11″ postcard design fees (optional):    $295


 Step 4 of 4: Review your order and checkout

There should now be two items in your cart: 
  1. Your postcard size and quantity order
  2. Design services (optional) 

After check out, you will receive:
  1. Your order confirmation and credit card receipt (two emails sent immediately)
  2. A third email within 24 hours from the Community-Commerce team on how to provide us with your design files (or optional work with us on your design)
  3. A digital proof for your review and approval, after processing and prior to printing/mailing
Please plan for up to 5 business days after placing your order for processing, proof approval, printing and mailing.
