This website is owned and operated by Community Commerce to provide list rental and mailing fulfillment services for events and tradeshows.

Our services dramatically improve traditional list rental for all stakeholders – exhibitors, attendees and event management. We apply our decades of firsthand event management experience to ensure our programs are easy to use, competitively priced and use industry best practices for postage volume discounts, deliverability and US Postal Service design compliance.

We have also eliminated the wasteful costs and hassles of dealing with list brokers, minimum orders, list segmentation, unknown data security, unknown printer relationships, unfamiliar graphic designers and more.

Jim Palmer
Founder and President, Community Commerce
Jim leads the team and brings with over 25 years experience as a tradeshow producer, exhibitor and attendee. A former marketing executive with Nielsen Business Media (aka VNU Media, Emerald Expositions), The Omnicom Group, ViewSonic, BJs Wholesale Club and Pillsbury, his broad range of direct response expertise includes B2B, B2C, B2B2C and event marketing. When not working, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, is an active board member for multiple community non-profits and tries to take advantage of all opportunities to get in or on the Pacific Ocean.
Rene Gaither-Butterfield
RGB Designs
Rene is an award-winning graphic designer with two decades of experience in publishing, tradeshows and collateral design. Rene works directly with clients designing their print, collateral and direct mail campaigns. When not working, Rene is busy spending time with her family and closely following Angels baseball.
Marie Case
Case Communications; Partner, Board-Trac
Marie brings her decades of marketing experience with a client list that includes action sports brands, restaurants, publishers, consumer goods and destination resorts. Marie is also an accomplished researcher and writer and works directly with clients on strategic planning and execution of digital and social campaigns. Outside of work, Marie actively participates in the local business community and the action sports communities of surf, skate and snowboarding.
